We are a young company, founded with the aim of providing solutions to individuals and organisations through the delivery of high quality and relevant education, qualifications and compliance training hence EQC Solutions.
We provide training in all key areas including:

Our unique selling point to our clients and students is that you can undertake training with us Face to Face, via eLearning or a blend of the two to suit your businesses needs and budget. Our use of eLearning to support all of our courses regardless of delivery method also allows us to maintain a relationship with our students, past and present, offering support and advice as they continue on their chosen career path.
We are registered with Highfields ABC and Qualifications Network at present but aim to expand our list of available Awarding Bodies as we grow and our client’s needs demand.

We ask a lot of our trainers, expecting quality and commitment at all times, but we also believe in giving a lot back to you.

You will be paid a day rate dependant on level of the course through PAYE and reasonable incurred expenses (as agreed, and per our expenses policy).
Your Personal Development:
Too many times, we know of trainers stuck delivering the same course to the same students with no opportunities to develop. This is not good for the trainer, not good for the students and ultimately not good for the company. We see things a little differently.
As a company specialising in training and development we believe that should extend to our own staff as well. We will support you in your personal and professional development by:

Benefits of Being an Associate
We believe that our strength and growth as a company lies with our staff and we should be sharing that success with the people who make it happen. All of our trainers are offered the opportunity to join with the growth of the company and enjoy the benefits of that success, we term this our Associates Program.
If you bring in new work, or develop new opportunities from existing clients then you will share in the benefit and the profits from that work. We offer our associates a 40% net profit share on any work they bring in—whether you're then the trainer for that work or not.
We then cover all employers contributions to NI and Pension, holiday pay, insurance, course materials, uniform and promotional and marketing materials.
There are no targets to meet, you can bring in as many or as few courses as you want to. And you’ll be offered work teaching on all of our other courses regardless of how much or how few new opportunities you bring in.
